Excellent central location, strong Wi-Fi connection, multiple room options
Noisy plumbing between rooms can disrupt sleep at night!!! The decor throughout could use a refresh, especially in the stairwell and corridors!!! Parking costs add unnecessary expense!!!

We took our kids to the delightful Exhibition Square nearby, which was a perfect spot for exploring. The staff made us feel very welcome, and the Deluxe Twin Room was spacious enough for our family, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay.
In my wife’s opinion, a play area or family-friendly facilities would enhance the experience for our kids.

I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room for one night and really enjoyed the cozy vibe and comfy bed. There’s a lovely pub downstairs for relaxing after a day of exploring. I appreciated the fresh towels and free tea in the room. The only downside was the aging decor, but it didn’t dampen my experience at all! 😊

Great spot for exploring!
Had a lovely time here! The location's perfect – just a short walk to all the attractions. The staff were super friendly and let us stash our bags after checkout. The room was clean, even if there was a bit of a smell at the entrance that faded away. Breakfast choices were solid too, especially enjoyed the bar area!
